Every year we have a summer party for all our staff and their families, and one of our biggest events comes at the end of the year: our Christmas party, when all our staff from all our sites come together to celebrate. And we like finding reasons to go for a drink after work, whether it’s someone’s birthday, someone has passed their exams, or whatever else.
