“If you work hard, you deserve to celebrate!” is our policy at PMS, and we love having parties together. Every year we have a summer party for all our staff and their families, and one of our biggest events comes at the end of the year: our Christmas party, when all our staff from all our sites come together to celebrate. And we like finding reasons to go for a drink after work, whether it’s someone’s birthday, someone has passed their exams, or whatever else.

Flexible working hours

We offer our staff flexible working hours, including flexitime for all staff, whether full-time or part-time.

Childcare places

We guarantee a fixed daycare place for children of our employees at the LKH Zwerge daycare centers in the entire region of the Lavanttal.

Leave / time off for education

By agreement, we give our staff the chance to take between three and twelve months off work for educational purposes.
